What is Cybersecurity?

Cybersecurity refers to the practice of safeguarding systems, networks, and data from digital attacks, unauthorized access, damages, or theft. It encompasses a range of techniques, tools, and processes designed to protect the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information.

Simply put, you need to "manage" all of you accounts and devices to confirm you are implementing best practices, patching all updates, and deploying the appropriate tools.

What is an MSP?

An MSP, or Managed Service Provider, is a company that remotely manages a customer's IT infrastructure and/or end-user systems, typically on a proactive basis and under a subscription model. Rather than waiting for something to break or malfunction, MSPs ensure that IT systems run smoothly by performing regular monitoring, updates, patch management, backups, and other routine tasks. This approach is designed to prevent potential problems and offer solutions before they escalate.

Not really. We typically only work for businesses and do not perform one-off hardware repair. You're better off visiting your local repair shop, Apple Store or Best Buy.
